个人简历:

      1963年生,山东省栖霞县人,上海交通大学农业与生物学院动物科学系教授、博士生导师,兼国家畜禽遗传资源委员会委员及猪资源专业委员会副主任委员、农业部全国猪育种协作组专家、教育部高等学校动物生产类专业教学指导委员会委员、中国畜牧兽医学会养猪分会副理事长和信息技术分会副理事长、上海市畜牧兽医学会副理事长、上海市农业委员会科技专家委员会委员、上海市兽医生物技术重点实验室主任。

      1983年于山东农业大学动物科学专业获学士学位,1986年于东北农业大学动物遗传育种专业获硕士学位并留校任教,1991年在职获得博士学位,1992年升副教授,1993年在菲律宾国际养猪培训中心(ITCPH)访问学习,1996年升教授,2001年末调到上海交通大学,2006~2007年在美国North Carolina State University 访问学习。

      多年以来,一直从事动物遗传育种人才培养、科学研究以及社会服务工作。主讲课程包括生物统计、数量遗传、家畜育种、统计基因组学。主要研究方向有二:一是统计基因组学与生物信息学;二是动物功能基因组学及其应用。迄今为止,先后主持、参加973、863、948、国家自然科学基金等各类课题30余项,发表文章130多篇(其中40余篇为SCI/EI论文),出版专著、译著、教材8部,获发明专利6项、软件著作权13项,获教育部科技进步二等奖1项、农业部中华科技二等奖1项、农业部科技进步三等奖1项、农牧渔业丰收三等奖1项以及第5届遗传学应用于家畜生产世界大会(5th WCGALP)颁发的“青年科学家奖(Young Scientist Scholarship)”。此外,还组建了“华东种猪遗传评估中心”,开发了“中国地方猪品种登记网络平台”,参与了遗传资源保护、大量猪新品种/配套系的审定以及《全国生猪遗传改良计划》启动后的各种技术培训、核心场遴选与现场指导工作。
